There will be kale.
The rumors are true: Chef Travis Lett and his partners in Los Angeles smash-hits Gjelina and Gjusta, Fran Cemaj and Shelley Armistead, are opening a restaurant on Bond Street with the Spotted Pig's Ken Friedman. Eater uncovered a SEC filing and confirmed with the property's landlord. No one's quite sure of the concept yet, but the Noho space has two stories and more than 1,700 square feet — so it'll likely offer both sit-down and to-go experiences. In any case, expect lots and lots of vegetables.
